　　影片讲述一次选拔，也是一次旅程和一次发现。一辆汽车在青海玉树高原上缓缓前行，车内乘坐着寻找藏族儿童好声音的导师们。他们深入雪山遍访学校，在那些质朴纯真的孩子们中寻找最具天赋潜质的声音……高原四季轮转，生命勃然延续，回荡在万物生长中的歌声永恒。
